Because each journey is customised and includes medical appointments and travel arrangements, cancellation fees may apply.

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.

14-30 days before departure: 50% of the total payment will be refunded.

7-14 days before departure: 30% of the total payment will be refunded.

Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund.

For medical procedures, hospital or clinic deposits may be non-refundable depending on the treatment and booking conditions.
